    Hello Everyone,

2 years ago i build a website in the sports industry. The site was purely to generate adsense revenue. The site contains a lot or content in that particular niche, some outsourced and some articles reprinted

Today i recieved an email from a big sports site who say they want to buy the site. I havent replied back to them but i wanted to get some advice from you guys :) first to know how to proceed on this

Assuming they offer me a huge figure and i accept, do you know of sites which can act like a 3rd party in order to handle the transaction, or should i go it alone. I've never done this before and would like help here

Never go alone. Be sure to use escrow.

Sure. You can use either afternic or sedo for the escrow. For transactions that was fixed outside and using the service for only escow, afternic charges 3% of the amount. But this is the safest way to do the transfer. You need to handover the site only after the amount has been put in escrow. Checkeout afternic.com for escrow only service. let us know if you need any more help.
