Big site planned - need help asap!

I am developing a sex dating site like adultfriendfinder/fling/amateurmatch and have a few questions…
I plan on getting sign-ups with 100% email marketing, 100k-1million per day, if I use an offshore host for all my mailing, do they take the blame if there is any issues?
The emails will all be in the basic ewhore method – pretending to be a girl wanting to hook up, with a website domain in the email (my sex dating site link)
They click on the link and are prompted to sign up to see the profiles, the terms will be hidden, it will be a free sign up, and If they do NOT cancel within 24 hours it goes to a paid membership, $300 for the year…
I know I will get a huge % of people wanting to cancel/chargeback, will I be able to find a processor that will stick with me as long as I bring them $20-$50k per month of transactions?

How can I keep from getting into trouble by sending out up to 1 million emails per day?
Who can I use for hosting for my website that won’t care that I spamming to get people to my site?
Will I be able to stay up and running with a high percentage of people wanting to cancel and chargeback their subscriptions?

first off your email will go in as spam.
second off you will never get anyone to pay $300.
third off you will never find a payment processor that will accept you and that everyone actually uses.

 

1 million users per day at 300$ a pop... well, you know what they say: it's better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit

 

It is not the matter that all emails will go into spam. If he has SMTP information and he do not sends too many emails in a day then the email will surely land in inbox.

There are many who are in need of something different and if his site deserves then there is no problem for people paying 300$. Still such criteria will be less.

For payment processor he can use paypal or use credit cards to accept payments..

I don't think so you can achieve this better go for a better business plan and paypal will limit your account after a few chargebacks.

 

i am working with different software/companies to get my SPAM SCORE to a good inbox level...

and as far as the $300, it will be hidden in the terms and conditions, it will be a FREE 24 hour sign up, that converts to a paid membership if they do NOT cancel within 24 hours....

i am still working on finding the right processor, anyone have any suggestions besides the big names?

 

paypal sucks, i would never use them for this, this will be a traditional site , with merchant processing, checks, credit cards..

 

Wow, you are pretty open about the misleading and scamming qualities your website will have. Forgive me for being so harsh, but I hope your website fails miserably and everything you spent will be wasted. Maybe then you'll know how your buyers would have felt when they received the $300 rebill on their credit cards.

 

I thing in this situation the problem is sending 100k 1m mail...

I mean if you can achive this you can make money without being illegal... If you can reach these people you can sell what ever you want.

Bigest Problem in marketing is reaching customer not selling something to them...
