Big problem with reporting people automatically from iPhone

    Hello everybody.

    A friend on Twitter (@TodoJingles) is having a big problem. He used the platform called "Commun.it" and this one started to report people without no reason.

    He uninstalled this platform denying permissions, but the reports continuing from his iPhone. It doesn't happen from his computer.

    He has been trying to contact Twitter, but of course, they don't answer. Twitter started closing the accounts that whatever thing is reporting on his name. He's feeling really guilty and deactivated his account.

    Anyone else with this kind of problem? Commun.it says it's not their problem.

    This is weeeeiiiiird!!!!

    He is having all these notifications on his e-mail but not on the notifications of Twitter.

    Yes. He deactivated his account because everytime he opens his app, all the reports start again. I think that he has a trojan or something (he has reset the phone already and it continues).
    Twitter continues not answering the messages. Amazing! (Sarcasm Level: GOD)

    It's not twitter's responsibility if he has a trojan.
    Is he using Android or an iPhone?
    Has he done a reset on his phone and tried then?
