Big problem with my host

Can anybody tell me how can I check how much time my site is down per day or per month.
I have big problems with my host and offten when I try to conect to my site I can not do this.

Please help me

 

You can sign up for a website monitoring service that will ping your site at regualr intervals (as little as every 5 minutes) and give you a report on the down time (usually they will send you an email if your site goes down. Some of these services are free but most are paid. Examples include pingdom and site24x7.

you also want to make sure that your dns is correct at your domain registry and in your account on the server. I as a host find many people having this problem as they dont edit the dins after making custom name servers or what not and then blame the host for being down
Go to www.intodns.com and check your dns report and make sure th at it is correct.

 

for the two I mentioned they are site24x7.com and pingdom.com but as mentioned there are a ton of these services.
