Hello guys, my name is Eddie, I used to be a very active member here. This is the thing, the sites listed below were my blogs, happy mind happy mood being the most active one. I had an accident in Feb and since then, I was really bad, i am touching a computer until now. When I go to my blogs, especially the one mentioned, it seems that someone has taken over. My writing are no longer there, nothing, just a new posting from someone else. I forgot the email used to sign into my adsense account, i forgot many things, so I cant log back in there and start posting all over. When I email google, what should I tell them, what can i do? What email should I email them to? I really need your help, I want to start blogging again and using adsense.

    Sincerely,

    Eddie

    Hi Eddie,

Sorry to hear of your serious accident, and problems.

Is it your accident that has caused you to forget these things? Did you have a head injury?

If so, maybe if you can get a letter from your doctor/specialist, stating this, then you will have better luck with Google.

Once you have the documentation (letter) email Google telling them the precise situation, and why, and that you have a document from your doctor explaining your condition/memory problems. Ask them what you need to do for them to give you access to your account.

It may be difficult for you to convince them however, as they are protective of publishers accounts, and if you don't have the necessary details they may not believe you are who you say you are. Do you remember any other details of your account- like your password, bank account you asked for your money is to be paid into etc?

Did you have much in the account? They may be willing to start a new account for you, if they won't let you use the old one, but if you had a lot of money there you won't want to lose that, of course. Don't just try to start a new one yourself though, or you'll get banned for duplicate accounts!

I can't find the email address for them right now- there's more than one I think, but maybe one better than others. I'll try to find it and post it... or maybe someone else will find it first. :)

    Good luck!

    Eddie,
Sorry to hear about your accident.
Yes, the password recovery process in Google is a bit messy, and, it happened to me also when I forgot my gmail password.
You can try to recover password if you used a secondary e-mail id while registering or it will take some time after requesting.

If you are using Firefox, It has a password manager so if you are using your own PC your passwords might be there ? Also if its Adsense user account email then it must be one of your main email addresses ?
