big problem - sites missing in google.com

I realised this morning that all my sites were missing from google.com both in searches and with the site command. These are all sites hosted in the UK.

I have checked some other people's sites as well and they are also missing - so it's not something I've done personally.

Is anyone else aware of this problem. It's a big issue when all my sites go missing at the same time! A new algorithm to eliminate all UK hosted sites from google.com seems a bit excessive.

Example site is www.bastide-vacances.com

Any suggestions?

well I hope that if it has happened to lots of us they will correct it quickly.
I had already done a reconsideration request for one site before I saw it was not just me.

i'm waiting for the next crawl of my website, because business looks as usual in the webmaster tools for now x_x

 

looks like its correcting now and uk sites are on their way back

Well my site is still missing when i look from here, must be some datacentres are OK and others aren't.

It took about 3-4 hours for all the sites to be reinstated, guess I'll never know what happened. Just one of those 'google things' I suppose.

 

so it's back online in google? best of luck!
