If its not opening only in your computer than most likely your ISP or your network router ( if you use any) may be blocking the sites

Have you tried another PC/laptop on the same home connection that isn't working? Basically if the laptop is working on a separate connection, try connecting it to the other connection and see if you can still browse to them. If you can than it's likely a PC related issue with the other computer.

It could be that your router is blocking these sites. If you were able to access them before then this could be just a temporary issue.

With another network connection? Does this mean another ISP than the one that does not let you visit the site? As mentioned, you probably need to contact your service provider to check whether they have blocked this site or something.

    THE PROBLEM IS THIS..

I can surf any other sites except...swreg.org, regnow.com, digitalriver.com, regsoft.com and I guess these all sites are related with digitalriver.com same network....digitalriver.com owns all these sites......

I can't visit this site from my connection right now on my laptop...but I can easily visit this site from my laptop if I use another isp connection..or If I connect with a proxy....

    no idea whats wrong.......

It's possible you're caught up in a firewall at their end, blocking your IP from your primary connection. If after you got that virus your browser started committing mod_security errors, its possible your IP got caught up automatically because of that. Try rebooting your modem & router to see if you gather a different IP, and then if you can browse there. Or you can try contacting them if all else fails :)

You can test your site available outside, for example, there tools.pingdom.com
