Big problem in IE

Hi,

I building my new template and everything was perfect until i try it in IE. Temp looks great on FF, crome and opera but in IE it have some major problem. I'm not an CSS/HTML expert so I have no idea where is my problem

You are missing a doctype. This should be fixed first.
