Big Problem - Blog post indexed but not in searches?

Hello,

Well i beleive I have seen patterns in my site lately and it is problem in my opinion.

when i search in google with site:my domian, if you go here you can see:

domain site search

so when i search that my latest post has been indexed because it shows up on there. But when i put quotes around my latest post title and search it such as:

http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q="top...s+services"&aq=f&aqi=&oq=&fp=8bd4816e1661ba1a

the exact post NEVER shows up. This has been happening for the past many many blog posts now and Im losing traffic because these dont get put in the search results.

What is going on, can someone shed some light please?

This is normal and the only cures are
1. time
2. keyword rich backlinks on high PR sites.

 

And Yes as soon as you post on your website do some diggs and technoraties so that you can get in Results also.

 

I suppose there is an other problem. I never submit my blog posts anywhere, but new posts are shown on Google in minutes without any problem, if I search for the title.
