    I wish someone would give me $100k for a domain that is worth nothing.
    I think the op has been conned.

    estimated valuation of domain above $50000, but yet he is trying to sell for $100k ?!
    thats like trying to sell a house valued at 50k for $100k - hoping that no one notices.

    If it smells like a fish, then it is a fish.

    common since says "What the hell would this domain even be useful for?"
