    This list is of top sites so all are going to help. live-pr.com/en/ is the best of them all as it gets your PR listed in Google News.

    All of them... the more the better.

    @archangel1127: Yes, this creates duplicate content but Press releases are treated differently by Google (This is my observation/experience).
