The 10 members that bring in the most active referrals during the month of June will receive their pick from the following list of prizes. The #1 referrer will receive first pick, the #2 referrer will receive second pick and on and on until all 10 prizes have been claimed. An active referral is defined as a member who joins and completes at least $5 in offers. You must have a minimum of 10 active referrals in order to qualify for this contest. Yeah, they are always having contests! None like this, this is a big one, but they are always having contests!
I looked into it, and it is. Anyone anywhere in the world can sign up. The only thing is there aren't a ton of offers for people out side of the US, and Canada. How ever you can still get referrals and earn money off of them.
