Buying Big Job: PSDs to Wordpress (Wordpress Experts ONLY)

I need a "PSD site" converted to Wordpress. This is not an easy task cause the 10-15 pages have different layouts, you will need to use some simple Jquery/ajax (pretty basic, tho), but THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is that I want a FLAWLESS JOB. I am looking for perfection, professionalism and experience. Don't even bother to contact me if you are not an experienced Wordpress designer.

    To apply:
    - I need to see your portfolio your best 3 works and your LAST 3 works (do not try to cheat ;))
    - Tell me a little about yourself, your skills, and if you understand the job.

    Then:
    - I will send you a sample of 3 PNGs and the total number of pages.
    - You will reply with a price and estimated time to complete the job.

    Payment:
I will pay the first 10% when I see the homepage created, 20% when you have created 4 more pages and 20% when you have created 4 more pages. The remaining 50% will be paid when the job is 100% completed. I can pay via Paypal or escrow.

PS: when you PM me, say "Hi, Elkubiak", so I know you read the whole post.

I don't need to say that this could turn into a long term business relationship, cause this website is for a web design company.

Could certainly do this for you, but your terms just wouldn't work at this time. Next month when we are finished moving and setting up our new office we will have financing options available like that, but for the meantime we require a 50% deposit on all contracts. If you are willing to be flexible with your terms, for the right team, let me know and we can get a perfect professional job done for you on this project.

Just like we don't take on contracts without a deposit unless we've already worked with the client. Catch 22. Next month we'll just have all of the terms of service and policies ironed out so that we can offer payment plans and financing for our clients, then signing the contract will be sufficient.
Let me know if you haven't sorted it out soon I'll see if there's anything else I can do.
