Big gains in the serps this morning

Seeing huge gains in msn serps accross most sites and majority of kw's. Anybody else notice?

 

LOL, All my MSN rankings got flushed on all sites. So you get them hey! Can I have them back please?

Not that I care much, I'll probably loose .2% traffic. And I expect them to be back soon, can't be anything other than flux.

 

Terms used to rank very well a few weeks ago then they took a dump and now they came back stronger than ever. One term with 24mill results went from not being in the top 1000 to 20. Many new #1's that I didn't have before. You're right... I'll probably see a .2% increase in traffic. whoopee! I'm quiting my day job today!

 

Sites are pretty stagnant, very little movement at all in the last three days

 

Same here i think i even dropped a page.

 

Finally regained one of my #1 spots today. Made me happy.

 

I've been getting killed this week. Dropped like mad -- especially from yesterday to today.

 

I finally regained one of my #1's that was gone for about a month!

Should be some pretty decent revenue again

 

I have also seen big gains in the serps this morning, accross most of my sites.

 

When I made changes every day I went mad checking my rankings and trying to figure out what I did good or bad. Then I went a month without making changes and found my rankings moved up and down day to day anyway.

One of my sites is doing great! I expect to see many more gains for KWs too. (The site I am talking about is not in my sig. )

 

All of my site's ranking are dropping ... one dropped 1 spot and one dropped a page .. losing lots of visitors as MSN is my no.1 referral ..

the interest thing is that ... some site that ranked no1 in google and doesnt seem to appear in msn SERP just jumped to the first spot ... But .. although it's a no1 in MSN .. it's being dropped by google ..

there are quite some similarity to the old google SERP for this MSN update .. so i think MSN is still finding a way to catch up with google results...

I've found that sometimes a site can take a dive, then float back up to the top results. Oddly enough, I've found that when a newly indexed site appears on google (as in thousands of pages via the site cmd), it takes a dive on MSN. Then slowly, as MSN catches up, it eventually makes it's way back up.

Now I don't claim this to be a hard and fast rule, but an interesting and consistent observation just the same.

ive managed to keep my number 1's and top 10 listings for most of my keywords that ive checked

 

I hope it works the other way round as well. Take a dive in MSN, get ranked in Google. If that's the case I wished for this MSN wipe months ago!

 

I also had some big gains over the weekend. Now if only I could do that with that other search engine

Its funny how my rankings go down but traffic is consistently increasing. lol.

MSN is good for attracting people who bookmark your site and tell friends about it.
