Big French webmaster forums?

    I'm going to start a site, and it would be really helpfull for some link exchange etc.

    http://www.webmaster-hub.com/ is an excellent one, if not the best
    got lots of good contacts from there
    their newsletter is also extremely interesting (if you read french of course!)

    I do read French.
    I want to check tis out, because I want to learn how to monetize websites with traffic outside the USA.
