    Hello,

Was wondering if any of you experts may be able to work out why i have have a sudden drop of google traffic. I built my website - www.myspace-customizer.com from scratch, every page bar contacts page validates to XHTML 1.0 Strict standards.

Its a fairly new site and traffic is still low but last friday it got 60 hits through google, this friday it got 2, thats a big drop. Pages all still seem to be indexed and i have done nothing bad /blackhat at all.

Can anyone explain why or is it google just being stupid?

It happens sometime. I don't think you have to worry. Similar thing hapened to some of my sites and after a couple of days I had same ammount of traffic coming from google as i had before.

Too short a time period to really tell. This close to the holidays might explain the dip as well. People are busy. Judging from the amount of posts on this forum even, looks like traffic is down a bit. Keep working on the site and I'm sure it will bounce back.

Traffic will always fluctuate, it's just one of those things!

I'd take another look at your ad implementation as it doesn't comply with the Adsense program policies. You need to remove the images you have aligned with your leaderboard. Read the official blog post for clarification. Hope that helps :)

google dance, it happens and there are ups and downs regularly for every site, i dont think you need to worry if it is only a SEPR problem, you should keep your indexed page, rank, backlinks up.....

Some of my sites regularly fall of the rankings, only to re appear a few days later with more indexed pages, results also vary depending on the datacentre you search.
