    I wouldn't think so. It is my understanding that "Toolbar PR" does not have an impact on SERPs.

    one site had PR5 and it's down ALOT and one was a new site with PR 0 and it's in the red by 5k..

    Not too much on SERPS, but it does on Coop weight, which has effect on SERPS (at least some people here seem to think so ;))
