Big Difficulty when using Paypal if you are from Russia, Croatia,Peru, Viet Nam,Qata

Paypal is a familiar payment method
But paypal don't support Full function for all country
- Some countries: send, receive, withdrawal (full)
Ex: US, Canada, Portugal, thailand ...
- Some countries: ONLY send, NOT receive, NOT withdrawal (non_full)
Ex: Russia, Croatia, Netherlands Antilles, Kazakhstan, Cayman Islands, Peru, Panama, Viet Nam, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa...

I think that Paypal should change their rule and support full function for all
account.

Yeah that really sucks, I'm feeling that on my skin because I'm from one of those countries...

But I was wondering is there any work around this, I mean is there some way with which we could receive money (like creating acc in some other country)?

I've had problems with Paypal whatever I wanted to do because my country is also on the list of non-grata. Guess we are good to give but not good enough to take....

I think its time to think alternative payment method think than paypal , has paypal really sucks your money. If you are selling services its really risky to use paypal, personally I have lost almost $2000 from paypal.

If anybody is thinking to start service business with paypal its better to think twice and also have a secondary payment option like Moneybookers.

But even you do not do any illegal activities with paypal still you could loose money. If you are a service seller definitely there is no security for you funds with paypal

 

may be, they're blocked those countries due to fraud in past.
Indonesia is also blacklisted by Paypal before, but recently they're
accepting Indonesia to use Paypal send, receive, withdraw.

WE need do make a way, throughout the wilderness. Believe me I am working
to add/verify/withdraw funds to/from paypal, moneybooker, alertpay.etc.with just a debit card .need not to be scammed. need not to be lose opportunities. e-me. and get help.

 

Still most of buyers are paying with paypal. For digital product sellers and service providers, paypal is not a good payment system. Because we can't prove what we have offered for buyers. Paypal is a good thing for ebay, I think they must care about these kind of sellers.

I agree with all of you, I created my moneybookers account 2 months ago and is working perfectly, to withdraw the money takes 4 to 6 days to your bank account.
