big deal, about proxy's??

    How come they make so much money, what are they used for?? I mean There are thousands of them, and huge networks.. How can you still be making so much off these proxies, just with adsense alone... Some one explain please :)

    people mistakingly click ads all the time if you dont geotarget your ads... most proxies get banned or detected/blocked after a while, so there is a constant need in places where the internet is heavily regulated.

    Yeah, people who own these proxy sites won't be making that kind of money off them in 2 years. I never understood the point of starting a website like that. Honestly, if your going to invest your time into building/starting a website, why not make it something thats worth while for the users and something that will be around in 6 months making more than it was a couple months before?

    The proxy site business model is just silly IMO.
