I'm now getting close to my 40's, but I've know about the NSA and it's practice for over 20 years now. No I'm not outing any 'secret' information, just that the NSA and it's 'cloak and dagger' stuff was in the news 79/80 (as I remember). My uncle was an sound engineer, and program director, for the Barry Farber show. An author of a book called, I think, "NSA: house of cards" was big. Point is, we've been under surveillance for years.

NSA wasn't allowed to listen in on Domestic 'emissions', but through arrangements with Canada and England, American communications weren't domestic in those countries. This became news in the 90's, and was blown over.

Point is, don't be shocked, information has been released for decades now, and I'm surprised it has taken this long before anyone got pissed off in public.

Good luck on changing the status quo.

    ;)

We'd better try to do something. Standing around and letting the US turn into 1984 or Brave New World isn't a good idea either.

Why not call al qaida in? After all, it's their rights that are being trampled. Surely innocent victims like al qaida can make a convincing argument to the American people about their rights to conduct operations without someone spying on them? Ya think?

I bet they would even quote Ben Franklin :D

Won't be long before electronic tagging from birth (implanted under the skin) will become necessary for the convenience of security. Think of the ads "Get barcoded at your local tattooist,,, even better, get RFID and enjoy a travel discount!!

Its going to be a cold day in hell before I allow my child to be tagged. People seriously have to fight back against this type of stuff.

I believe in living each day to its fullest. "1984" was good book though.. The movie could bore the nuts off an elephant though.
