I was making the point that while it was a theory most religions didn't deal with the issue. Since it's become fact I still not see many people dicussing it. I wandered what people's viewpoints were now?

What fact? That there is a theory of life on other planets? Or that there is, in fact, life? I have not seen the latter.

    Ramayana Speaks of parallel world.,
When Lord rama was a kid and was playing around, One devotee came to him and asked him to open his mouth to put something to eat, When rama opened is mouth, the devotee saw thousands of universe and in each universe he saw the world and he was standing in front of rama to feed asking him to open his mouth.,

As per hinduism, There are several planets in this universe, where people live and there is a demigod conquering each planet,
Heaven and hell are not eternity as per hinduism, its not final,

what does other religions think about parellel world concepts?

I don't think anybody can know/prove what happened 15 billion (or smth. like that) years ago...It's a REALLY long period of time we are talking about here...probably we will never find out...:(
