Editing / dabbling with the ad code is not allowed and against the TOS. He / she has ingeniously hidden the "ads by gooooogle" to make the ad more look like a normal link in order to increase the CTR. The days are counted.

I agree with you guys :) If you know you'll get ban because u know it's violating, then dun do it at first. No point getting someone into trouble when you're not smarter then him. Think of how to get back to adsense instead of wasting time pulling other down. Getting him ban will not do you tiny little bit of good either. Wonder why you even bother to 'investigate' if it's a adsesne ads lol Maybe you're that free.

I suppose the owner is reading this thread and thus taking steps to prevent the BAN.

I just see the message "Oops! This link appears to be broken."

judging from the alexa rank he could be making sizeable income, and itsnot about poking your nose at others business, if your an adword advertiser, this type of site will cost you money for nothing.

In what sense? :) You can't assume ads without the logo are not click seriously. Even myself will click on links even if it's just a normal partner links :)

So ya, it's not about whether advertiser lose. If people are interested, they'll just click and view. Even with logo, there might still be fake clicks

Youre missing the point, there are bigger chance of clicks not converting when youre not following the rules and somone at the other end are paying for it.

He might be taking a risk but who are we the google police? lol

Plus as said before this thread is just generating more traffic to his site. Now he might know others know and he can easily change his ads before Google can check it.
