    $10 min payment for paypal.

    They pay out, 30 days after the end of the month of those earnings.
    So if throughout September I earnt $8, I would not get paid.
    If by the end of October my total balance = $30 then at the end of November I would get paid the $30.

    I use bidvertiser and have not had any problems in receiving payouts from them.
