Sorry to hear that you are ban from BidVertiser. Personally, i received a few payments from them before but the rate they are offering is too low. I have remove BidVertiser from my sites and replace with others. Why not use adsense?

I think BidVistiser is a low quality advertising network as well. Many other better advertising networks out there.

I have read that too, the chance on account termination without a valid reason is a fact...
I use it because Adsense kicked me.

It depends on the quality of your traffic. If you are sending them quality traffic then they will keep you. But if you send them 1000 uniques and none of them perform, then yes you will get banned. It's the same with any ad network - they can't sell ad space if the ad space in question is crap.

I would love to see a company like Bidvertiser go after people on the forum for libel when someone calls the company a "scam" with no proof.

I'd have to agree with you on that one. Just because someone is banned because they fail to abide by the terms by cheating, than scream a company is a "scam" because they were banned.

It would be entertaining to watch, but companies have to pick their battles. Is it really worth their time to sue some useless affiliate? When you look at the legal costs it's not really worth it.
