    I don't have any idea about biadvertiser, but yes i've noticed people using Adbrite and Adsense on the same page.

    Well yes you can show both ads on same site/page! Even I seen many site where people are using Adbrite,Adsense and BidVertiser on same page! So go ahead!

    imo , unless you got many and many content and pages don't do it , it will result in a website full of ads

    I guess you can do that but as said above dont do such ad placements that it look likes full of ads only

    Yep you can use both, but instead of bidvertiser use Adbrite or any other CPC service. Bidvertiser has been banning many people at the time of payout, you can even search about them on google (type "bidvertiser scam") to see topics related to them...
