    There is an offer on azoogle that I would like to promote. It says no bidding on trademarked terms. Does that mean if I use ppc I can not use the name of the product or misspellings of it as words to bid on in my campaign?

    It varies from merchant to merchant. You should email and ask about the particular offer. Some companies allow bidding on trademarked terms, others don't.
