Bidding on Adwords

    I am trying to get an ad on google, but I get this message..."Your keyword isn't triggering ads to appear because your bid is likely below the first page bid estimate". My bid is at $.50, how do I determine how high I should bid. How do I see my competitor's bid? How do you determine what you should bid at for your ads? Any help would be apreciated. Thank you.:confused:

    It sounds like you have bids set to auto, if so change this to maual. After you do this in your keywords you will see a advisory note telling you the amount to bid

    I would raise your bids .10 at a time and then check to see where you are at.
