Bidding for ad on Yahoo

    I tried to place an ad on yahoo and bid $0.20 on content (Email submit for iTunes) but yahoo's suggested bid was $0.95.
    Is it something to think about,what do you suggest?
    My concern is if i bid $0.20,Yahoo won't send traffic to my ad.
