I've learned that the bright blue and orange combination is frowned upon by people at work because it draws too much attention to their workstations when they are performing non work tasks. That alone may make you reconsider the color theme. Take the neutral colors of DP for example. Not that you need to use greens, but the color shades just attract less attention.

 

It has a very nice and neat layout. Easy to navigate thru the page. You might also wanna maximize the use of space. There's still a lot of space for more stuff.

Because there are no categories in your directory.Only "letters".
People prefer directories with "categories".

 

you might want to add a logo there, this is a supported theme so its best design you get.

 

Ooo lol. I can choose in my admin cp if i want categories or letters. I chose letters because most bid sites have letters. What do you guys think letters or categories??

I'd recommend you use "categories" from a links buyer's viewpoint.
