Bidder at sedo

    A bidder who had a paypal account at sedo made a bid for my domain

    i sold to him but now he is not paying the money..

    is sedo eligible to take away the money from his paypal account without his permission?

    No. They cannot take money from him if he doesn't authorize it. Not even if it is owed to someone. Only way to get paid is to work with him and sedo.
