    Well it's too empty to sell for $70 in my opinion, besides it has a PR0, no alexa rank etc.. If it was cheaper I would think of it... and perhaps buy it too. but $70 is not worth it.

    Its sold as a new site, not a developed one. That way, whoever runs it can mod it and promote it how they want.
