The way it goes is that you request the URL and stats here, I post it to you and then you post a bid here. Currently there are 1,800,000 impressions per month. Traffic is from Europe. Minimum CPM bid is $0.05, and minimum thousands of impressions is 1,000,000. So bids start from $50 for 1 million impressions on a gaming site. Put a banner up yesterday that was some weird iframe scam. It requested info from dozens of ad networks, eventually slowing down the site load. If you're running some kind of scam, please don't PM me. I'm only putting up legit banners and will from now on analyze the iframes you send me.
