What is the best bid managment strategy?

For which keywords is better to increase bids, and for which decrease?
As I see, keywords which are profitable ((Conversions)*(Price)-(Cost)=(Profit)) for a long period, especially keywords which have low positions (below 3) and high CVR, seems good to be increased.
Otherwise, keywords which have loss for long period are seemed better to be paused or decreased.

But I have poor experience in adwords, maybe someone have more ideas.

What do you think about using conversion optimizer?

First of all you have to determine what the value of each visitor is. Then you can play around with your figures until you find a sweet spot. As far as position is concerned it really depends on many other factors, one of them being search volume.

To be honest, you will have to learn a bit more about Adwords to fully grasp all the concepts since your bid is just one part of your PPC strategy.
