Bid Management Software

    Anyone got any recommendations for bid management software?

    I've used BidRank in the past (before they had BidRank Plus for Google), but never tried any others.

    Things I'm considering (not necessarily in this order):
    1) Price
    2) Scalability
    3) Backup planning (what happens if my computer goes down/restarts on its own while I'm out of the office for a few days).

    Anything I'm forgetting?

    In my book BidROI comes first .. and its not a desktop application though. And some others like AtlasOne Point ..

    Thanks for the feedback. Who's service is BidROI? I did a search for 'BidROI' and nothing came up...'bid roi' took me to keywordmax.com as a first result.

    I looked at AtlasOnePoint too--not sure our clients are ready for that level, nor are we ready for that kind of cost. I can't tell what makes there service that much better that it looks like they charge 2-3x what others charge...
