I think your second post here is explaining a different problem from the first post? How long have you been waiting for payment from the winning bidder? If you've been waiting quite a while, I guess you'll have to sell to someone else. Either a previous bidder or relist the auction.

I have had the same thing happen with a few of my auctions here. As others have said, you can offer it to the next highest bidder or, if there was enough interest, you might want to just start a new auction.

yes,I know to sell my domains to the 2nd highest bidder,
but I want to know if there are some way to punish them who bid and no buy.
if there are no punish to them, the forum's vogue will go bad day by day.

All you can really do is give them a negative iTrader

    - You can leave a negative reputation (anonymous or with your username or note)
    - You can leave a negative iTrader (if he leaves one back, contact a moderator and explain what happened with proof of him not paying you if possible, they should be able to delete the iTrader)
    - Post on the thread that he didn't pay and offer the item up for bid to second highest bidder or cancel the auction

    Good luck :)
