i think this is really un-professional and un ethical. it has been mentioned before. in 6 months, if someone wants to rank highly, they will have to pay double what the other guy payed to get higher than them. i dont approve of this at all so wont submit there.
Wouldn't it be the same thing as selling featured links for $5 each when you first launch a directory then when it gets PR and more established folks would have to pay $15 or $20 for the same featured link? -Also added a link, waiting for it to be doubled. thanks
Cheers jg123 your link has been approved and doubled. Mikey thats your opinion and i have thought about this but saying unethical is a bit strong. Many other people have similar offers but you have chosen my thread to pick on. The recent spate of submissions will help me further promote the directory. When my directory is ranking much higher due to my promotional efforts the current bids will seem like peanuts.
