Hey why do you guys reckon Beyonce is forced to use beyonceonline.com and can't grab Beyonce.com or BeyonceKnowles.com ?

    It's obviously rightfully hers.

Because I bet the names are owned by someone who uses one or more of the best domain lawyers in the business would be my first guess. OR The fact that there is more people in the world named beyonce or rhianna than just those two and the names are too generic.

BeyonceKnowles.com is the "official Fan Club for Beyonce Knowles" and has her approval - and most likely under a contract.
BeyonceKnowles.com is owned by http://www.allaccesstoday.com (AAT) who "offers artists an online service platform that creates new revenue streams for the artist over the internet. Services offered are based online from shared revenue, at no cost to the artist and provide huge benefits and perks to the fans."
    "Digital Fan Clubs
AAT offers fan club services that allow artists to give fans an unparalleled online resource while earning revenue from fan club membership fees. Fan Clubs are a great connection to your most dedicated fans and a true reward system that allows the fan to enjoy the artist’s music lifestyle online. Fan communities are also known to increase artist CD pre-sales by 3% overall."
