There's this email circulating, this guy says he is "advertise.com" but he's not. Here's the full email, if you get this trash it he's a scammer. I doubt advertise.com spam random people with advertising proposals and they certainly don't send emails from a "@Corp-advertise.com" domain, so be careful.
