God, they frustrate me. I thought they would be a good program and I especially liked the free $25 at the beginning. I put up an affiliate button on my site and one banner on my homepage, had it there for two days. I earned about a dollar and even referred one person from my affiliate button and then I logged on the next day and they'd erased all my earnings, and they didn't list my referral anymore. They pretty much wiped out my account. So much for that one... I thought they'd actually be a good company.
Despite the problems and my crappy sites... I haven't given up on WB. My average with Adsense is .04 - .05 per click... whereas, with WB... I am getting at least .13 per click (at the lowest... and after their adjustments).
Wow, I'm really surprised that this thread is still alive. I am reading through the threads that others have written and some say that they are still getting higher click payouts. Here's the thing that bothers me though. I was in the same shoe as you ALL!!! until they reduced it down to nothing!!! So ya, you never know when they'll hit you with reductions again by then it'll be too late. By the way I've noticed their newest update is the limit to US audience only... This part is highly inaccurate because they're paying me pennies on the dollar since I know my audience are 80% US based. What are your experiences on this change recently?? Do you guys get hit with similar changes?
