Here is my experience webhosting.uk.com. They installed some script which auto-removed, without any notification a WP plug-in that's responsible for showing ads on my sites. The script falsely identified this plug-in as malware. (Which later they found is not). As a result my sites were running without any ads (that's the only profit source) for a week. When i noticed and submitted a critical status ticket, it took them 5 days to fix the issue. The support was answering like once per day and most of the time they were fixing only half the stuff (like not reading my emails to the end) or doing sloppy job. As a result all my sites hosted with them runned without any profit for 12 days! And for the most of the 5 days they were fixing them, they were showing ugly error messages on top. And that isn't all. As compensation they offered me 15 days free hosting Which is basically worth cents. And my loss was much bigger. They said that they are not responsible at all and this is fair compensation. So, be careful with them.
