    Beware of using: http://www.web-source.net/format_text.htm

I have found that using this tool makes your articles screwy or NOT formatted correctly when postng most of them.
I noticed that 7 out of 10 article sites, the text would not align up correctly if it was formatted before with the tool, so beware. It may help for some sites, but it sure doesn't for most, because most sites use a form that automaticaly aligns the text the way the site wants it, and it causes a real mess if your words are already cropped at 60 or so per line.

I will confirm this...Because of the amount of editing needed to fix these articles, we always decline them.

It seems to be used in tandem with article submission services so we haven't even been succesful contacting the authors to let them know.

why to put carriage return for formatting??? I think only time one should use carriage return when line (para)break is needed. Then its upto the width of container to decide how many chars per line are displayed.

    Isn't that how we format???
