Beware of this SCAMMER......

Guys,
this guy is a scammer. He hacked a paypal account and sent me $326 for pp-> INR service. within 15 mins, paypal has opend a dispute explaning the followings:


Thank GOD i haven't sent him money. Can anybody tell me where should i report this guy?

report him to the mods, let the Mods ban all scammers

Third, we do NOT ban scammers...how can we prove who is a scammer and who isn't?

Actually i am new to DP, so sorry for that. I was amazing how my post has gone to general chat. now I understand that i have done a mistake.
I am ready to give prrof that he has tried to scam me. I have all his pms and i have posted the dispote screen shot tht paypal has opend.

 

We're not interested in proof.
