There's a relatively new U.S. advertiser called Ecom/Uclick at CJ. I made a few sales for them a little while ago, and I was shocked to see that every single one was corrected to £0.00 a few days after each one was made. The reason the advertiser gave in every instance was "invalid credit card". I doubt that every sale that I made was a fraudster trying to scam Ecom/Uclick by using an invalid credit card. I think that this advertiser is a miser, possibly even a scammer. Everyone, be warned: stay away from Ecom/Uclick! I e-mailed these scammers after the first couple of corrections. They didn't respond. Like a fool, I carried on promoting them. After they took away my third commission, I stopped promoting them, and sent them a complaint. They still didn't respond. All they done was terminate my affiliation. I complained to CJ about these idiots. CJ said that they can't do anything because the corrections in my account weren't out of the ordinary for the advertiser. In other words, Ecom/Uclick make it a hobby to take away their affiliates' commissions. This advertiser should be avoided. Don't promote them. I lost ~$100 advertising their lame products. Don't make the same mistake. And if you've already made sales for them, kiss your commissions goodbye!
I wish to retract my complaint against Ecom/Uclick. It seems that the sales that I generated really were perpetrated by fraudsters, and Ecom didn't respond to my e-mails because my e-mails weren't even delivered (due to some kind of problem with my account). Please therefore ignore my above post. I was angry and just flipped out liked a moron! Ecom are cool.
