This email is a scam. They are trying to lure you into spending money with their "domain appraisal" service. Just Google theonlinebrokerage.com for more details.

    Hello,

Are you interested in sale of your domain? Please name your price.

We are in real estate. But we are very interested in Internet names and
    web sites too.

If you have other domains for sale feel free to send your list.

Looking forward to do business with you.

They are just trying to get you excited to think you will make a sale for a few thousand dollars. Then, they insist you have the domain appraised at their appraisal service, which they don't explain that they own.

Yes, IT IS A SCAM. As AccelLearn said, they try to fool you to get excited, charge you 60 EUR for domain Appraisal, and they WILL NOT buy your domains!
