Beware of Revcontent: they banned us, took our traffic and revenue & are ignoring all emails

We have worked with over 30 companies (kept only the best) during last 10+ years as a publisher and not a single one banned us and took our revenue (which means taking traffic too!). There were companies that preferred not to work with our (type of) site but none of them simply took our traffic AND then revenue.

Revcontent is the first one! They simply sent us an termination email, accused us of fraudulent traffic or tactics ( we pride ourselves for not doing any of that!) and after that they ignored ALL contact attempts. No clarification, nothing. So apart of taking our traffic and money they are very unprofessional: they simply ignored our emails and hope we just forget it.

So there are 2 things you should beware when working with them: first that they can just terminate you, take your traffic and revenue then ignore you. Not reassuring for anyone who wants to developed a long term, or even short term, cooperation with them.

Just putting this out because this is the only option they have left us with, despite several pleas over email to resolve this. This shows their unprofessional l behavior.

We would NOT be posting here (and will post on other places too) if we were guilty of using or doing any kind of fraud. So we are just sharing our real and bad experience with revcontent and to maybe save someone the headache with the same company.

 

Will you try to ask for a refund? from what I know a refund may take up to 2 weeks for the full process if you send them proof of legit traffic activity/products.

 

You should send them some proofs that you didn't do any fraud or ask them to send you any proofs that you did something wrong. But normally they can behave like that if you really send them fraud traffic and a lot
