they did'nt even sended me a confirm mail....

nor even reg any domain for me.....

they did'nt even answer my support question....

    AND NOW!

I am also a member of registerfly and I counter some problems like that and their customer service is very poor to 0 percent.

I guess the problem is on their system.... it seem's that their system have error.

    Send them an email to:
saying that you can't access your account. It happened to me too, and the situation was cleared.
It's true that their system / control panel isn't good. Always check your expiration dates with a real time whois system.

Believe me, I work with them for 4 years now. Their regular support can be a little strange sometimes, but when I sent an email to the risk department, my problem was resolved quickly.
I know that they outsource part of the support. Maybe one department is better than the other one???
Give it a try. You don't loose anything.

My account was frozen two times:
Once I told that I suspected that someone had entered it without my knowledge. They froze it, and when I tried to log in, just like you, it told that there wasn't such account. I emailed at the risk department, and the account was functional again.

Last time, I said that something wasn't right with my billing. Some hours after that, I couldn't even access their homepage. I emailed again to the risk department (fortunately I had saved the email), and the account was online again, hours after.

Look, I'm not part of RF, I'm just a customer, and if you're having problems with them, talk to them about it and don't blame it on me. :( You were asking for a registrar that accepts Stormpay and it's the only one I knew of, and I have many domains with them which are doing well, so I suggested it to you. :(

I tried to log in with my password, and it didn't worked. I then tried to log in with my old password, and it works. It seems they did some kind of account reset. Try to log in with your previous or first password. Hope this helps!
