Well, they blocked my account without any warning or reason ? I
already sent them good traffic so why was my account blocked ? They owned me over $6k. I'm really confused.

So i suggest you guys to stay away from this network, or atleast protect your cash!

It’s always better to be safe!

We prefer CB, CJ and Linkshare, so we cant have that problem.

It is a pity to hear that they didnt pay you, hope you can get paid soon.

You should definitely talk to your affiliate manager. Sometimes its just a matter of not having your W-9 forms sent in.

I have use ExpressRevenue before and I will say they had a horrible reporting interface. That alone was enough for me to stop using them.

Hopefully everything gets straightened away. I've heard good things about Express Revenue so can't see why any issues would arise.

Kiet, we can understand how your frustrations may have translated into a "warning" post here at DP. However, as we discussed in our correspondence earlier today, we cannot change remove your account termination as we've deemed such an action would open up our advertisers to potential fraud, further putting ER at risk of nonpayment from these advertisers. For those familiar with the incentivized marketing community, ONE individual incent website that is not on ANY "freebie forum" can in no way generate the $6,000+ mentioned here in two months after only showing $500 or so during their initial two months with us. Kiet, your response to this was that you have "other methods" of site promotion, and to back up this claim you supplied us with a Youtube video, a forum thread in which we didn't even see your incent site mentioned, and one individual's blog post that only listed your site along with 39 others as "money making opportunities."

However, what was most troubling to us, yet reinforced our initial suspicions of his account, was that you attempted to "bargain" with us, saying that you believe that its OK that we withhold your May payment but that you think you still deserve your April commissions. From a logical standpoint, why would one try and persuade a network that they are in fact legitimate, then admit that they are fine with not being paid over $4,000 in outstanding revenue. We all know that if one is running a 100% clean business operation, they would fight to the very end for FULL compensation.

Express Revenue is always here to help our publishers, and we keep our clients first in our mind. However, fraudulent activity is a very pressing issue in our industry today and we MUST do everything in our power to protect the interests of our advertisers. In this case, the evidence seemed obvious to us and suspending Kiet's account was the necessary action to take. If anyone has any questions or concerns at all, please feel free to contact me at , thanks!

Oh my god.How come you talk like that to a member of your network ?
Ofcourse you know that May's comission must be re-reviewed by your team, right ?

So how come I get that from you right away, I gave you the time to re-review, didn't I ?

Whilst my April's commision is already approved, why don't you pay me ? Remember I have
lots of members waiting for their pay checks, and I can't handle it without payment from
you. Think for yourself ofcourse, but do you guys think for others ?

You are using every each of your nonsense reason just to not pay me my commission, right ?
First, you said May's commission must be re-reviewed by your team,it's ok,i can understand that, but then when i asked for april's commission, you said that i was not legitimate.what does it mean by that ? i have to pay my members, right ER ?
Second, you blocked my acount without any warnings, then only after i disputed a problem did you look again my site.how can i continue promoting your offers when my account is already blocked ? i did attach a screen-capture of my offers in April, which included your offers, the one that i took off recently, you didn't pay any attention.
Those are very ridiculous reason just to not pay our payment request. I have sent very good traffic, and you are trying everything to refuse our payment request or to list us to your fraud list. Finally, our april's commission,it was approved already, why don't you pay us ? We will continue to fight for our april's commission first, and then May's later, after you have completed your review
Anyone who finds this unfair, pls help us find justice and STAY AWAY from this network, protect your pocket folks.

Yeah - I believe COPEAC banned many incent-only accounts - so that makes sense.

I've never gotten to the point of Express Revenue owing me money, since not a single offer has credited.

I will, however, say that their support is absolutely dreadful. I must have had 5 different AIM conversations that just randomly ended in the middle of the discussion. I asked them about an offer that mysteriously vanished as soon as I informed them that it was not crediting, and was curious if there was ever any hope of those credits coming in or not... The response on AIM was "Hold on let me check..."

    Well, I'm still holding on.

Another classic was when I informed them that their support ticket area was not functioning properly. The response? Nothing... even though 20 seconds earlier they sounded thrilled when I told them that I just placed several of their offers on my site.

And then we have the numerous attempts at contact that just simply never turned into a conversation because that would have required at least ONE response from them. Instead, I can watch them go between idle and not idle... to signing off and back on a few minutes later. No need to respond to questions, right? Of course not.

Their spelling and grammar in emails and other areas are simply atrocious. I'm hoping English is a second language to them, or else there's just no excuse for the lack of professionalism and structure in anything they type. I might not be an English teacher myself, but at least I know the type of communication skills that a business SHOULD be able to exhibit.

I could also move on to the other various problems and glitches on their site (both before and after the re-design) but I'm sure everyone has already experienced those.

All in all I would like to recommend ER to everyone who is tired of being treated with respect and given proper attention. They'll definitely keep you on your toes and make your day very interesting as you continue to wonder whether or not a trained monkey could deliver better service.

After having 10-15 people test their network for me, I've personally given up on ER. They haven't credited once for any of the offers meaning their either shaving the leads OR tracking doesn't work at all. I also explained to a couple of them to disable their virus and firewall softwares (if any) and clear their cookies, just in case. A couple did it, and still nothing.

Be careful is all I'm going to say...
