Hello, Its Time I should warn the freelancers out here who work on Elance or are looking forward to subscribe on Elance. Would also like to hear any similar experiences that have been experienced while using Elance. For the Month of October, when I had withdrawn the amount through Wire Transfer, According to Elance rules one transaction is Free. However to my surprise, the amount deposited in my bank account was less than the amount withdrawn. They had charged around $20. I dont mind paying the charges if any but it should be mentioned before hand. When I asked for clarification they could not provide proper justication neither did they provide any wire transfer receipt. Since I had Huge Balance pending for the month of November, I had decided to first withdraw the amount then take any action if necessary. This month, I decided to withdraw the amount through Paypal. Since previously it maximum 2 working days for paypal transfer. ( I avoided it earlier since the paypal forex rate is lower than the actual rate) but since the amount was larger this time I could not risk it through Wire Transfer. Now it has been a week since I requested withdrawal and till date it has not been executed and it is still in the Processing Zone. To My surprise, the Contact Us Form has dissappeared in Elance. You can not contact Elance Phone Support at any given time. The timing were 8 a.m to 8 p.m pacific time previously but now reduced to 8 a.m to 5 p.m . this is of no use since the phone support is never reachable. I have been trying this since one month. Previously for the October transaction and now for my November transaction. I hope I receive my Novemeber Withdrawal amount and thats the end of using elance. Please input if you have received your withdrawal on time or have faced similar experience.
