i purchased a new hosting from easycgi - there was MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ALL HOSTS - so talked with support and purchased $ 9.95 advanced package. But iis application settings/custom error pages were not working. There were problems about panel. So i opened a ticket - first reply was so irrelevant - support staff member was unable to understand the problem. 2-3 days passed without a reply. i tried live chat but they did nothing more than updating the ticket. Then i wanted to cancel my account and requested refund - they said NO REFUND FOR MONTHLY PACKAGES ! it is really easy to cheat via adding a line somewhere of TOS - especially people who are need to find and move his websites to a new host ASAP. and also i couldnt find any term about NO REFUND for monthly packages.
