Beware of Deltis Ad Network

Just wanted to give you guys the heads up. A few days ago I told you about a scam CPM network called 4Meta that offered .80-cent CPM but doesn't pay (that thread here). A few days ago I got another email from another CPM network offering $1.00 CPM called Deltis.com.

A brief check on the Internet confirmed that Deltis.com is run by the same people as 4Meta.com, which also runs Vistabanners.com and Segwayads.com. After doing a search on DP, I found that someone already mentioned Deltis, but it's an old thread.
